MarkEd is UP JMA’s public marketing education arm and the organization's flagship project. It consists of multiple initiatives that cater to a variety of student audiences across the country. It is composed of a high school and collegiate marketing competition (MarkEd 360), public school marketing education workshops (Access Granted), and a provincial marketing mentorship program.
This semester, we are marketing new horizons—focusing on marketing in the time of COVID-19.
With the pandemic ushering in the new normal, our projects will tackle how different businesses ranging from Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to groceries have adapted and continued to flourish. Our Access Granted program will focus on assisting both public school teachers and students in transitioning to online learning. On the other hand, our MarkEd 360 program will focus on creating case competitions that will continue to be relevant even after COVID-19.
