UP JMA DATABASE 2023 CONSENT AND PRIVACY CLAUSE

I agree to the terms stipulated below, and consent to providing my personal information for the use of the UP JMA Organization.
I also consent to be contacted for optional additional data gathering.

  1. Team Information reserve the right to collect, process, and share my data, excluding sensitive personal information, within the  University of the Philippines Diliman and its subsidiaries, as well as external parties, with the necessary documentation in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. 

  2. My personal data shall only be used for the purpose of contacting me and sharing possible opportunities and promotions. 

  3. My personal data may only be stored and retained until the end of the academic year 2025 - 2026. 

  4. For whatever reason, I may request that all my data be erased or omitted from the database anytime. 

  5. Necessary precautions will be taken to protect our data from any malicious use. I will be informed, should there be any attempted breach with the potential to do serious harm. 

  6. I will be informed whenever my data will be used for opportunities and promotions, and I have the right to decide whether or not I will allow my data to be used.
