Cosmos Finance

Organizes "COSMOS," the UP Fair Night handled by UP JMA. Oganizes and executes income-generating projects to raise additional funds necessary to keep the team liquid (for shouldering both bid-related and miscellaneous expenses of all sub-teams). The team budgets and forecasts the finances of the team and strictly tracks its inflows and outflows.

WEEK Launch and Gallery

Celebrates organization pride. Kicks off the celebration of UP JMA's anniversary through a launch event that may include a gallery, pakain, and/pr program.

Aids teams in the organization by conducting market research, monitoring the progress of the teams, and providing teams with necessary feedback, recommendation, and assistance. Researches and recommends new and different working styles and project management techniques that are more fit to the nature of the team.
