ExeComm presents, UP JMA and the Olympians: Directorate Applications 2526B for the Second Semester of 2526!

Deadline of sign-ups will be on January 22, 2025 (Friday) 11:59PM.
Carefully read the Application Primer for guidelines (including guidelines on Gear Up members, Aspiring Heads, Cross-Committee Officer Applications), team descriptions, structures, and roles. Read all instructions before answering this form.
GUIDELINES

Breakthrough Members MUST take on a base position this semester (or the Systeams team corresponding to their committee).

Cross-Committee positions are available for directorates who have taken at least one (1) position in their base committees
-
First Choice Head Applicants must prepare a short presentation containing their vision and plans for the team.
CROSS-COMMITTEE ROLES

All base teams will be open to cross-committee applicants who fulfill the following requisites:
1) Must have been a reaffirmed member for at least two (2) semesters,
2) Must have taken at least one (1) base committee position.

This will be your official position for the semester and that you will be considered a regular member of this team work-wise, but still be considered a member of your own Base Committee in inter-committee events and other initiatives outside the team's work.
INTERVIEWS
Breakthrough Members, Aspiring Heads, and First Choice Cross-Committee Applicants will be interviewed by their respective ExeComm members. Kindly check the schedule in the sheet below to see the availability of your execomm-in-charge, then message them to reserve your preferred time slot. Other directorate applicants will not undergo interviews.
NOTE: If applying as a HEAD under Systeams, please select an interview slot under the team's respective VP in charge.

Staff
As of the 2023 UP JMA Constitution and By-Laws, Staff is a reaffirmed member of the organization not holding any directorate position in any Base/Non-Base committee.
The Staff shall: (a) Actively participate in all activities set by the committee; and (b) Actively participate in all activities set by other Base and Non-Base committees
NOTE: New members MUST take a directorate positions in their first semester as members as as such, cannot apply to Staff.
